I, A.R. Drewry, of Botetourt County, Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
First: I direct that my executrix, hereinafter named, pay all my just debts, taxes and funeral expenses out of my estate.
Second: After payment of my debts, taxes and funeral expenses, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property, of whatever kind, wherever located, in fee simple and absolutely to my children, Evelyn V. Kirkman, Henry A. Drewry, Geraldine E. Gibson, Juanita D. Dooley, Marcella C. Kurz, Judy L. Mmith and Gary G. Drewry. My son, Harold E. Drewry, predeceased me and it is my desire that his share go to his daughter Stephanie Drewry. My daughter, Betty L. Allen, predeceased me and it is my desire that her share be divided equally between her four (4) children, Barry Allen, Randy Allen, Scottie Allen and Mike Allen.
Third: I hereby nominate and appoint Kathy D. Spickard, executrix, of this my last will and testament, with full power to execute the same according to its true and intended meaning and having perfect confidence in her judgement and integrity, I direct that she shall not be required to give security on her bond.
In Witness Whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal to this my last will and testament, this 20th day of June, 1988.
