I, Fred H. Drewry, being of sound and disposing mind, do hereby declare and publish this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other prior wills by me at any time made.
Item 1. I desire all my debts to be paid and a decent burial provided for my body.
Item 11 I appoint as my executrix my wife Willye White Drewry and desire that she may qualify without being required to give security what-so-ever.
Item 111. I give and bequeath all my personal property to my wife Willye White Drewry.
Item 1V. I devise all title and share and claims to property at 1908 Prentis Ave., Portsmouth, Va., to my wife Willye White Drewry.
