- Developed
and implemented Micro Focus' Third Thursday E-Learning webcasts (WebEx),
which provided free web-based training for customers. As the Lead Instructor
determined session topics, wrote teasers for the website and marketing,
and developed and presented the majority of sessions to a worldwide
audience. Sessions consisted of an overview presentation, live demo
and question and answer period.
- Developed
the current training courseware for Net Express, an integrated development
environment for COBOL applications and Micro Focus' most popular product,
and for Dialog System, a Windows Client Server development environment
improving the quality, content and duration of the previous courseware
allowing the company to enjoy substantial revenue gains.
- Provided
internal training to new hire trainers regarding products and courseware;
product training to the sales and support staff.
