As
many of our friends know, Anne is an orchid lover or, should I say,
an orchid nut. Everywhere we go she has to check them out. Arriving
at the airport after 31 hours of travel didn't stop her from admiring
the orchids in the terminal as we walked toward immigration and customs.
When she found out Singapore had an orchid garden it became a must
for our trip. The Mandai Orchid Gardens are absolutely beautiful and
I know Anne wished she could have taken them home with her (as if
our dining room can hold anymore!). Enjoy the pictures. |

The
Mandai Orchid Gardens were truly beautiful, a "must see"
for the orchid lover (as Anne and I are). Now, let's take cable car
over to Sentosa Island, Singapore's answer to America's theme parks
